Weekly goals:

6 - Eat a minimum of 3 vegetarian meals a week (dinners).

7 - Do some form of excercise 5 times a week (0/141)

18 - Menu plan 5 out of 7 meals each week (0/141)

22 - Take and use green bags for shopping every week (0/141)

27 - Call one family member once a week (0/141)

30 - Walk the kids to and from school at every chance (0/141)

31 - Get the kids to school on time every day (o/141)

57 - Walk the dog 3 times a week or make sure someone does (0/141)

Fortnightly

26 - Take a yoga class once a fortnight (0/70)

94 - Do ‘dates’ with Joey once a fortnight (0/70)

Monthly:

34 - Have a picnic at a different destination each month as a family (0/33)

45 - Go to a gallery or art show/exhibition once a month (0/33)

46 - Take a day once a month to go out and photograph creatively/just for me (0/33)

54 - Asses the budget on the 1st of the month each month (0/33)

55 - Cook or bake something with the kids help once a month (0/33)

56 - Bath the dog once a month (0/33)

100 - Visit my Gran once a month (0/33)
